DOUGLAS L. DINNING



Douglas L. Dinning was born in Flint, Michigan and raised on the east side of Detroit, graduating from Osborn High School in 1970. He currently resides in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Doug attended Michigan State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree with honors.

Following Michigan State, Doug enrolled at Detroit College of Law, graduating in 1977. He became a member of the State Bar of Michigan in October, 1977. Doug is admitted to practice in all Michigan Courts and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Doug is a member of the Michigan Council of School Attorneys; NSBA Council of School Attorneys; the Michigan Real Property Law Section, and the Michigan Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Doug has extensive experience in divorce and family law. Doug has attended numerous seminars and is currently enrolled in the Family Law Certificate Program of the State Bar of Michigan.

In addition to family law, Doug handles real estate transactions, including leases and purchase of residential and commercial property, civil litigation, corporations and business, contracts, employment agreements, traffic and misdemeanor defense and student discipline cases.

RONALD H. GREVE

Ronald H. Greve was born and raised on the east side of Detroit and currently resides in Macomb Township. He graduated from the Paul K. Cousino High School in the Warren Consolidated District in 1964. Ron attended Concordia Lutheran Junior College in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and then completed his teaching degree at Concordia Teachers College in Seward, Nebraska. After successfully completing his student teaching, Ron received Nebraska provisional certification.

Upon graduation from college, Ron served three years with the United States Peace Corps in the Philippines.

Following the Peace Corps service, Ron enrolled at Wayne State University Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, in December of 1975.

Ron is admitted to practice in all Michigan Courts; the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan; the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court and has successfully handled cases before all of these Courts. The scope of these appellate cases has ranged from civil rights, to banking, to medical malpractice, to contract matters.

Ron helped organize the Michigan Council of School Attorneys, and served as an Executive Board Member for three terms. Ron has written articles and spoken at seminars on school law issues on a number of occasions, and has conducted in-service training for principals and administrators.

Ron has been labor counsel for the Roseville Community School District since 1976. In addition, Ron has served as labor counsel for the Cities of Harper Woods and Roseville. Ron has negotiated collective bargaining agreements; participated in mediation, fact finding and interest arbitration; appeared in grievance arbitration, election matters and unfair labor practice proceedings; defended civil rights suits; and, in general, provided the full spectrum of labor representation.

Ron was an elected member of the Harper Woods School Board. He is a trustee of several charitable foundations which he helped organize and qualify for tax exempt status.

Ron has completed a series of seminars and has received a Certificate of Completion of the Probate and Estate Planning Program of the State Bar of Michigan. Ron has extensive experience with Wills, Trusts, Estates and Probate and also practices business and personal real estate transactions, civil litigation, corporate and business, contracts, traffic and misdemeanor defense and personal injury actions.
