The law firm of DINNING & GREVE, P.L.C. began doing business on February 1, 1995. The firm consists of Douglas L. Dinning and Ronald H. Greve, who have been practicing law together for their entire professional careers.

Upon graduation from law school, both Mr. Dinning and Mr. Greve went to work for a firm that was then known as LaBARGE, ZATKOFF & DINNING, P.C. Both became partners and shareholders in the firm, which eventually evolved into LaBARGE, DINNING & GREVE, P.C.

The original firm was founded in 1936, and continually practiced in Macomb County at Gratiot and Utica Roads in Roseville, Michigan until January of 1995.

Former members of the firm include the Honorable Raymond R. Cashen, Macomb County Circuit Court Judge; the Honorable Lawrence P. Zatkoff, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan; the Honorable Mark S. Switalski, Macomb County Circuit Court Judge, and the Honorable Joseph F. On September 1, 1990, LaBARGE, DINNING & GREVE, P.L.C. merged with the Livonia law firm of CUMMINGS, McCLOREY, DAVIS & ACHO, P.C., which practices statewide and specializes in municipal liability defense.

In December of 1994, a decision was made to relocate the office at Gratiot and Utica Roads and move to more modern quarters. At that time, Douglas L. Dinning and Ronald H. Greve negotiated an amicable departure from CUMMINGS, McCLOREY, DAVIS & ACHO, P.L.C.

Effective February 1, 1995, DINNING & GREVE, P.L.C., acquired new office space on Kelly Road in the City of Roseville. The former firm continues to share office space with DINNING & GREVE, P.L.C. and is available for consultation.
